DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Ruidoso, New Mexico is seeking a qualified vendor to provide property assessment consultant services. Services include the examination of residential and small commercial buildings, infrastructure elements such as foundations, framing, property structures, and retaining walls. The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting site inspections, investigations, and evaluation studies to determine the feasibility of continued use or the need for demolition of property structures in compliance with the latest building and safety codes of the Village.
The scope of work covers single-family homes, multi-family units, home renovations and additions, as well as drainage and other improvements on the specified properties. It also includes assessment of small retail and office buildings, and related drainage improvements. The contract will be for a one-year period.
