The city in Connecticut is seeking a vendor to deliver a comprehensive property and parcel analysis solution. This project requires the implementation of a high-resolution, digital aerial imagery program designed to support the collection and maintenance of geospatial data for properties throughout the city.
Vendors will be expected to provide high-resolution images of all city properties at least twice annually. The imagery must offer unobstructed, distortion-free views from aerial, street-level, oblique, and panoramic perspectives, enabling detailed comparisons with existing property record images to identify any discrepancies.
The contract for this project will span two years. Interested vendors should note that all questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by November 7, 2025.
