DESCRIPTION


A government authority in San Bernardino, California is seeking a qualified vendor to provide property and commuter station facility management services. The selected firm is expected to deliver first-class professional management of the premises, ensuring a standard consistent with other buildings of similar class and quality. Responsibilities include providing financial reports for property operations and capital expenditures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

The contractor must maintain 24/7 on-site security personnel and ensure immediate communication with the San Bernardino Police Department during emergencies.
