This solution must integrate seamlessly with an existing Rewards & Recognition platform, enabling employees to redeem recognition points for merchandise as well as make direct purchases using purchase orders or personal payments.
The platform should be accessible via both desktop and mobile devices, featuring secure login for individual employees and department requestors. Essential services include order confirmations, shipping notifications, and tracking updates delivered via email for each order. The system should support catalog synchronization, direct order transmission, and gift card redemption.
Additional requirements include Single Sign-On (SSO), secure data exchange, and robust reporting capabilities, offering both quarterly and ad-hoc reports on order activity, departmental usage, spending by category, fulfillment accuracy, and shipping timeliness. The vendor will also be expected to provide metrics on performance indicators such as NPS, delivery rates, and system uptime.
