The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive array of promotional products and apparel supplies, with emphasis on accurate logo reproduction and adherence to branding guidelines. Services required span from basic promotional items, such as 'swag,' to customized apparel for various operations including dining, custodial, maintenance, and recreation.
All logo and trademark applications must adhere strictly to established brand standards and licensing requirements, ensuring legal compliance and brand integrity. The scope includes high-quality printing, embroidery, engraving, and additional decoration techniques as needed. The range of promotional items covers both small goods (like keychains, magnets, pins, figurines, and picture frames) and larger items (including canopies, table covers, flags, inflatables, and signage).
The contract will be awarded for a period of three years. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 31, 2026.
