DESCRIPTION
Vendors are sought to provide a variety of promotional items supplies to fulfill ongoing requirements for a government agency. The range of products needed includes awards and recognition items such as trophies, plaques, electronics, certificates, portfolios, frames, borders, medals, and ribbons.
Additionally, vendors should offer general promotional products including pens, key chains, coffee mugs, stress balls, mouse pads, stickers, insulated water bottles, lunch bags, can coolers, and embroidered or printed apparel. All products must be appropriate for a government setting and must not include extravagant personal merchandise or any items that could be considered offensive or risqué.
The contract for these supplies will be for a period of one year. Vendors are required to submit all questions regarding the RFP no later than March 27, 2026.
