The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide promotional items services in support of marketing, outreach, and programmatic initiatives. The selected vendor is expected to supply a broad range of branded merchandise, promotional products, and apparel across multiple categories and price points.
Apparel items must meet specified quality standards, including double-stitched sleeves and hems and taped shoulder-to-shoulder seams. For customized products, all ink colors must conform to the Pantone Matching System to ensure color consistency. The organization's Marketing and Communications team will review and approve all artwork prior to production, and the vendor must provide pre-production proofs for customized items.
Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than May 13, 2026.
