DESCRIPTION
A qualified supplier is sought to furnish, decorate, package, deliver, and serve as a consultant regarding promotional item projects. The selected vendor will provide project-based design and sourcing services, which may include but are not limited to apparel, pens, drawstring bags, stress relievers, and fidget spinners. Promotional items should be manufactured according to agency specifications, with the understanding that changes to specifications, delivery, quantity, or packing may be made by written change order at any time.
The supplier is expected to respond promptly to any changes and proceed with the purchase order as adjusted. Example items listed include T-shirts and pens from specified brands such as Orbit Spinner MZM, Delano ADL, and Bowie MHX–C. The contract period will be for one year, and questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 23, 2026.
