DESCRIPTION
A vendor is sought to supply promotional and custom goods, apparel, and related items on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities include the printing and delivery of high-quality customized products and branded materials as required over a one-year contract period.
The required items include various types of apparel, such as structured or unstructured six-panel caps, cuff style beanies with logos, two-color screen-printed t-shirts with designs on both front and back, and pullover or zip-up hooded sweatshirts. Promotional products include one-color print lanyards, standard white coffee mugs, cork-bottom ceramic mugs, as well as backpacks (Oakley 30L Blade Laptop Backpack or equivalent), tote bags, and canvas tote bags. Stationery needs encompass notecards with envelopes, letterheads, and business cards. The contract also covers the provision of awards and challenge coins.
Vendors must submit any questions by May 8, 2026. Awarded vendors will be expected to print, produce, and deliver these items as required during the contract period.
