The project seeks a qualified vendor to provide promotional banner project services, including the furnishing and installation of six types of branded banners. Banner installations will involve both new and existing posts, as well as building wall mounting with frames where appropriate. The required banner types include:
– BN1: New banners with new posts (double-sided)
– BN2: New banners on existing posts (double-sided)
– BN3: New banners with new posts, double stack (double-sided)
– BW1: New banners with frames on building walls (single-sided)
– BW2: New projecting banners on building walls (double-sided)
– BW3: New banners on existing frames on building walls (single-sided)
A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for March 27, 2026. All questions from interested vendors must be submitted by April 1, 2026.
