DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide promotion professional services aimed at increasing awareness and utilization of Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) benefits. The selected provider will execute targeted advertising campaigns, administer feasibility study subsidies for potential operators, and ensure that all FTZ documentation and processes are consistent with modern standards.

Responsibilities include developing and implementing an outreach plan targeting companies involved in exporting and importing, conducting ongoing company consultations and group presentations, and producing at least one media article and approximately a dozen social media posts each month. The provider will also deliver weekly internal updates on relevant tariff and trade policy changes, and report on engagement metrics throughout the process.

Additionally, the vendor will review FTZ #102 operating manuals, procedures, and forms, recommend necessary updates, and design and administer a workflow for feasibility study subsidies, including the management of a qualified roster of feasibility consultants while ensuring conflict-of-interest safeguards. The contract will be for a two-year period.
