The government authority in New Mexico is seeking a provider for project manager and construction manager services to support a range of capital improvement projects and related construction activities. The selected firm will deliver comprehensive oversight, coordination, and management to ensure projects align with strategic objectives and are delivered successfully.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a detailed program management plan covering schedules, budgeting, and resource allocation; conducting on-site inspections to ensure construction is compliant with project specifications and regulatory standards; and establishing or applying airport technical standards for networks, servers, storage, wireless, cybersecurity, and critical systems integration. The firm will prepare interface control documents, data mapping for integrations, and coordinate IT security reviews with the owner’s cybersecurity team to ensure all findings are addressed prior to project go-live.
Additional duties involve supporting asset management, assisting with grant application preparation and submission, coordinating presentations, meetings, and briefings with stakeholders and regulatory agencies, and reviewing design submittals for testability and commissioning requirements. The provider will also coordinate and document training for maintenance and operations staff, ensuring all relevant materials are properly transferred. The contract period will span four years.
