The desired solution should consolidate all project management workflows, documentation, and communications into a unified, scalable platform. Advanced automation features, robust analytics capabilities, and AI-driven insights are required to improve project tracking, risk management, and strategic decision-making.
The selected system must provide detailed options for data storage, retention schedules, and archival or deletion processes, along with a documented change management process that includes configurable approval workflows. It should feature load-balanced web servers for optimal performance and support an initial deployment of 25-50 enterprise users.
