The government authority in Seymour, Connecticut is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive project management and owner's representative services. The selected firm will oversee and manage all aspects of the project from conception through completion while supporting coordination among stakeholders.
Scope of work includes maintaining and monitoring the project schedule, providing schedule updates, maintaining and monitoring the project budget, and issuing budget reports. The vendor will also review design professional contracts and payment requests, identify potential issues and risks, and recommend mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 22, 2026. Questions must be submitted no later than May 29, 2026.
