Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The agency seeks a vendor to provide project management office (PMO) software with robust integration and support features. The solution must support single sign-on (SSO) integration, preferably using Microsoft Entra ID or a suitable alternative as approved by the agency. It should offer technical support and facilitate seamless integration of system and application logs into the agency’s Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform for comprehensive event monitoring.
Key requirements include capabilities to develop and manage project schedules, assign resources, set task predecessors, and estimate effort and duration for scheduling. The software should handle multiple sub-project schedules under a master program schedule and support enterprise resource pool management. Additional functionalities must cover resource capacity planning, forecasting, resource utilization, time tracking, creation of custom fields, forms, templates, and customizable dashboards. Integration or compatibility with Microsoft Power BI for visual project and resource insights is also essential, including features such as traffic light indicators and prioritization metrics.
