A Washington state agency is seeking a vendor to provide a centralized Project Management Information System (PMIS) that will improve project management efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance the employee experience. The PMIS should support consistent project delivery across the organization, with features such as real-time reporting and centralized management of project data. Vendors are encouraged to propose commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) platforms.
The scope of work includes conducting a feasibility study, performing a functionality and fit-gap analysis to compare business and functional requirements against recommended systems, and preparing a market scan with solution options. The PMIS must be capable of integrating with the agency's financial, ERP, and asset management systems, and the proposal should align with the agency’s IT policies and architecture. The system should also provide a centralized document and submittal repository and maintain a centralized portfolio of all capital projects.
Vendors should be prepared to present a methodology for conducting the market scan and developing the solution options report. All questions related to the solicitation must be submitted by February 16, 2026.
