DESCRIPTION
A government authority in Kentucky is seeking a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to support and accelerate the delivery of previously funded transportation infrastructure projects. The selected consultant will manage and coordinate all aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and regularly updating project schedules, budgets, and work plans. The consultant will be tasked with preparing monthly progress reports, facilitating meetings, preparing agendas and meeting minutes, and tracking action items. Additionally, the PMC will review invoices and contract modification requests, provide recommendations for approval, and assist with the preparation of necessary documentation.
