A government authority in El Centro, CA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive project management, construction management, and support services for building projects. The selected firm will be responsible for evaluating various project delivery methods, including design-bid-build, design-build, and progressive design-build. Detailed analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each method will be required, as well as a review of their successful implementation in similar public sector building projects.

The contractor will collaborate with the County to identify the preferred delivery method and will develop performance standards that clearly define criteria for site improvements, building construction, and associated services. Oversight and monitoring of construction activities will be essential to ensure compliance with approved documents, specifications, and the original design intent. The vendor will also handle the identification, preparation, logging, monitoring, and negotiation of changes and change orders initiated by contractors.
