A Georgia agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive project management and analytics software solution designed to enhance project oversight, accountability, and operational efficiency. The desired software should include core project management functionalities such as task tracking, milestone management, dependency mapping, and the use of project templates. Robust dashboards and reporting tools are required, offering insights at various organizational levels, from agency staff to executive summaries.
Key features include governance controls like RACI role assignment, approval workflows, and audit trails. The system must also support resource allocation, workload balancing, and time tracking. Seamless integration with Microsoft 365 applications—including Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint—is essential, alongside the support of open APIs for custom integrations. Prebuilt connectors for systems like Jira or ServiceNow are considered a valuable addition for future flexibility.
Security is a priority, with requirements for Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), aligning with agency security standards. The solution must allow controlled, read-only access for external stakeholders and ensure all agency data resides within U.S.-based data centers to comply with data residency regulations. Training, onboarding, and ongoing vendor-supported services for agency staff are also expected as part of the implementation. The contract period for this engagement will be one year, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2025.
