DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Virginia seeks a vendor to provide project interventions knowledge and learning documentation services. The scope of work includes framing documentation needs, reviewing existing documents, conducting data collection from the field to gather results-level information, and performing analysis, reflection, synthesis, and final documentation.

The selected firm will be responsible for developing protocols and tools such as key informant interview (KII) and focus group discussion (FGD) guides, as well as consent documentation. Tasks include analyzing thematic content, compiling comprehensive reports with supporting matrices and quotes, and creating detailed methodologies, sampling strategies, and data quality plans.
