Seeking expert services to support data access, security compliance, documentation review, and AI tool development and testing for the GCF Secretariat.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Advanced degree in public policy, economics, public finance, sustainable development, or a similar field
At least 5 years of experience in climate/environment and sustainable development in LDCs and/or SIDS
At least 2 years of experience in developing adaptation, mitigation, and crosscutting GCF project Concept Notes and Funding Proposals in LDCs and/or SIDS
Demonstrable experience working directly with GCF Direct Access Entities in LDCs and/or SIDS
Demonstrated skills in managing and aligning diverse groups of stakeholders
Excellent writing, editing, digital, and oral communication skills
Proficiency in English
Must not be debarred by the U.S. government or named on any restricted parties lists

DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide project expert services related to the development of an AI tool, involving close negotiation and documentation of data access and security measures with the GCF Secretariat. The scope includes ensuring compliance with relevant data classification and handling requirements, preparing and reviewing documents, advising on project objectives, and gathering necessary GCF documentation to support the AI tool's creation.
