DESCRIPTION


The Town of Mead, Colorado is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive project and construction management services for capital improvement initiatives funded by local, state, and federal sources. The selected firm will serve as a full-service civil engineering and construction management consultant, responsible for all disciplines related to project and construction oversight, inspection, and support services.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the town project manager throughout all project phases to ensure and document compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards at every level. The vendor will conduct pre-bid, pre-construction, and ongoing construction meetings, supplying detailed agendas and minutes, and will negotiate and prepare contracts for design engineer’s construction administration services as necessary. All project documentation and communications must adhere to municipal, state, and federal requirements.

A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for April 10, 2026, and interested parties are required to submit any questions by April 21, 2026.
