The state of Georgia is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive program support and outreach services. Key responsibilities include planning and conducting two workshops, as well as updating and enhancing the existing program through several initiatives. This involves recruiting and facilitating a task force to guide program improvements, producing a program application guidance document, developing a social media toolkit, and launching a Program Mentor Program to encourage peer-to-peer learning and collaboration among stakeholders.
The selected vendor will also manage stormwater outreach activities by organizing one in-person workshop and one webinar. These events aim to increase the submission of stormwater and nonpoint source pollution project applications, share case studies and best practices related to dedicated stormwater funding mechanisms, maximize engagement in the Stormwater Infrastructure Needs Survey, and support promotion of the Stormwater Rates Dashboard. Additionally, ongoing technical and analytical support is required for the use, interpretation, and application of the affordability scoring tool. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted by January 12, 2026.
