DESCRIPTION

This opportunity is a request for information (RFI) seeking vendors to provide program manager wargaming capabilities software. The desired software solution should employ an incremental and agile approach for the development of comprehensive wargaming capabilities. The initial requirement is for a wargaming system that supports the complete end-to-end wargaming workflow, including planning, design, execution, data capture, analysis, and reporting, all within a secure Azure cloud environment.

The software must address requirements applicable to all levels of war, with appropriate adjustments to simulation models and metrics.
