DESCRIPTION


A government authority located in Baltimore, Maryland seeks program management services to support and optimize its stormwater infrastructure management and fulfill the annual goals associated with its MS4 permit. The selected company will be responsible for providing an integrated program management approach, which includes prioritization, scheduling, monitoring, management, and comprehensive review of all designed and proposed projects.

Responsibilities include design standardization, creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance design efficiency and lower overall costs, and conducting field assessments of stream segments or storm drain systems on an as-needed basis. The firm will supply onsite support staff for these activities as required, and offer specialized support for hydraulic modeling (1D and 2D) and related reviews.
