DESCRIPTION


The government authority located in Oklahoma seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive program management services. This includes a broad range of anticipated program and project-related tasks such as planning, scheduling, administrative support, budget development, management, oversight, coordination, compliance, and performance review. The vendor is also expected to assist in updating, modernizing, and revising the trust’s design specifications and project manuals.

Responsibilities will involve identifying opportunities for both initial and life cycle cost reductions, evaluating these opportunities in alignment with technical project requirements, and ensuring thorough administration of various contract and procurement documents, including those related to design, construction, professional and non-professional services, and vendor procurements. The scope includes monitoring contract compliance, processing payment applications and invoices, and managing project data within financial and administrative software systems as directed.

Additional tasks include claims avoidance and management, change order analysis, and supporting the development of project responses. The selected partner will assist with implementing and disseminating best practices across multiple projects and contracts, and will help develop, publish, and implement policy and procedure manuals. The initial contract period is one year.
