Monthly Status Reports are due by the 10th calendar day of the following month.
Collection proposals are due 60 calendar days prior to collection.
Collection plans are due 30 calendar days prior to collection.
Collection debriefs are due no later than 15 workdays following a collection.
After action reports are due no later than 90 calendar days following major operations, deployments, exercises, training, and experiments.
First draft of formal lessons learned reports are due no later than 30 workdays following the collection debrief.
MCCLL Trend reports are submitted every six months.

This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive program management, planning, lessons learned program development, collections, analysis, report production, content management, and transcription services. The selected partner will be responsible for administering a rigorous, well-documented program management approach that supports the delivery of lessons learned analyses, liaison coordination at designated Marine Corps commands and organizations, research and analysis support, editorial and records content management, and transcription services.
The contractor must also uphold necessary communication and collaboration channels with government staff to ensure sound execution of program strategies. Services include both knowledge management and information processing roles, with an emphasis on thorough documentation, analysis, and content accuracy.
