DESCRIPTION


The government authority in Washington is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive program management, construction management, and owners advisor services. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of program management systems that encompass cost control, scheduling, risk mitigation, quality assurance, and document management processes.

The selected firm will support community engagement initiatives by developing standards, strategies, and outreach materials for options analysis and permitting efforts, and will work collaboratively with communities to identify opportunities for achieving multiple project benefits. The scope also includes formulating permitting and regulatory strategies, tracking and executing programmatic requirements such as SEPA/NEPA, and maintaining a system for managing regulatory approvals, deliverables, and notifications.

In addition, the vendor will assist capital improvement project teams in acquiring necessary project permits and regulatory approvals, as well as provide program support services such as independent cost estimates, subject matter expert design reviews, real property and geotechnical services, hydraulic modeling, environmental and archaeological reviews, and historic analysis. The contract is expected to span one year.
