DESCRIPTION
The university is seeking consulting services to support program management and strategic planning over a five-year contact period. The selected consultant will assist the university in determining how to achieve its strategic goals and objectives, assessing whether sufficient resources exist to meet program goals, and identifying the activities, resources, equipment, materials, and timeframes required for implementation.
