DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Tacoma, Washington is seeking a vendor to provide program management and organizational change management services for the implementation of a day-ahead energy market. The selected provider will be responsible for leading all aspects of program and project management, including project planning, scheduling, work status review, stakeholder coordination, executive and governance support, business analysis, process design, and staff augmentation to facilitate the agency's market transition.

In addition, organizational change management will be a significant focus, encompassing organizational design, leadership and team development, change and stakeholder assessments, alignment and engagement strategies, communication planning and execution, documentation of business process changes, and designing and implementing knowledge transfer and training programs.
