DESCRIPTION


The selected community partner will collaborate with program leads to implement activities aimed at enhancing small business engagement and participation. Key responsibilities include holding weekly check-in meetings with staff to discuss progress, challenges, and findings related to program implementation.

The community partner will assist with scheduling, facilitating, and coordinating program events and activities, providing on-site or virtual support during these events. Support for participant recruitment will be essential, utilizing communication channels, networks, partnerships, and targeted outreach to connect with small businesses, entrepreneurs, and relevant community organizations.

Collaboration with program staff is expected to ensure that all activities are aligned with program objectives and timelines. Additional duties include assisting in the organization and coordination of the Small Business Summit and ensuring an engaging and smooth experience for all participants across the range of program activities.
