The government authority in San Diego, California is seeking a vendor to provide program controls and audit services. The selected provider will be responsible for developing and supporting the implementation of a risk-informed approach for program controls review across the entire program. This work will involve ongoing monitoring and analysis of program controls, including cost management, scheduling, forecasting, and oversight of change management processes.
Key services include reviewing and analyzing change management processes such as change orders, amendments, and task orders, as well as identifying trends and potential risk exposures related to project changes. The provider will deliver recommendations based on their findings and conduct reviews of cost coding, budget availability, and the financial impacts of contractual changes. Additional responsibilities include evaluating the quality and consistency of project data and cost coding structures, producing standard and ad hoc reports to support management and stakeholders, and verifying the accuracy and completeness of various program reporting deliverables.
Vendors are required to review data inputs, change management logs, and related report outputs to ensure accuracy and completeness throughout the program lifecycle.
