KEY REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 15 years of experience supporting municipal NPDES programs and MS4 management.
Provide at least three references for similar NPDES program consulting services, with at least two from public/government agencies.
Obtain a City of Palm Springs Business License after contract award.
Certify no conflict of interest with City officers or employees.
Certify non-discrimination in employment practices.
Consultant staff must have Qualified Stormwater Practitioner training.
At least one supervising inspector must be QSP certified at contract start.
Certify compliance with Executive Order N-6-22 regarding economic sanctions against Russia.
Local business status is preferred.
