DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Trenton, New Jersey is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive program and construction management engineering services. The scope includes engineering planning, design, project oversight, construction management, lead service line inventory management, and construction inspection services for the successful completion of agency projects.
Services will include planning and design for Phase 7 Lead Service Line Replacement, assistance with the agency’s I-Bank loan requirements, and support for project planning. The selected vendor will oversee construction management and inspection related to lead service replacement, verify service materials, and review and accept deliverables from construction contractors. Additional responsibilities include data management, public communications and outreach, and municipal management assistance as needed.
