A government authority in Cape Canaveral, Florida seeks a consulting firm to provide professional surveyor services. The scope of work includes conducting general land survey tasks in accordance with industry standards and local jurisdiction requirements. Survey efforts may involve site development planning, boundary determination for land acquisition, environmental assessments, and capital project construction site surveys.
Required services cover a wide range of surveys such as topographic, bathymetric, construction staking, property line, easement, and utility invert surveys. Firms must utilize high accuracy surveying equipment, including high resolution terrestrial laser scanners and advanced depth sounders.
