DESCRIPTION

This RFP requests professional strategic planning services to assist in the development of a comprehensive, board-adopted, countywide strategic plan in Georgia. The project will include multiple phases, beginning with planning and stakeholder engagement, followed by strategic plan development, and culminating in board adoption.

The selected firm will further support departmental alignment, as well as oversee the implementation and monitoring of the strategic initiatives outlined in the plan. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted no later than May 11, 2026.

Firms should demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, stakeholder facilitation, and execution of government or countywide planning projects.
