The government authority in Delaware is seeking a qualified vendor to provide professional consulting services focused on standard offer and electricity markets. The selected consultant will be responsible for conducting in-depth research, drafting and preparing analytical reports, and writing comments for presentation to external organizations. The role also includes reviewing reports, presentations, and filings to ensure accuracy and strategic alignment.
Additional responsibilities include offering expert advice, assisting with the preparation and presentation of materials, and providing testimony and litigation support when necessary.
