DESCRIPTION


The Commonwealth of Massachusetts seeks a vendor to provide Splunk licensing and associated professional services to support and maintain its existing Splunk environment, including Splunk Enterprise Security and related platform capabilities for Security Operations. The vendor will deliver licensing, technical support, and continuous data optimization services with a primary focus on supporting Security Operations and maintaining a stable, efficient, and cost-effective platform.

Services will include troubleshooting platform issues, assisting with upgrades and patching, monitoring system health, supporting configuration and operational matters, and coordinating with Splunk and other relevant support channels as needed. Vendors may also be expected to conduct environment reviews, offer configuration recommendations, assist with performance tuning, update documentation, and provide support for onboarding new data sources.

Additional activities may involve development, refinement, testing, validation, and tuning of correlation searches, alerts, dashboards, and other detection content to ensure a secure, reliable, and well-governed Splunk platform. The contract period is for one year.
