The city is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Salesforce solution to support and enhance its nonprofit monitoring and capacity building program. This includes the configuration, customization, and platform management of Salesforce software tailored to citywide requirements.
The project scope encompasses the implementation of a Salesforce-based system designed to manage documentation workflows, monitoring schedules, reporting, communication, and data integrity. Key tasks involve the development of custom objects, fields, and relationships within Salesforce, as well as optimization of monitoring cycle workflows. Integration of third-party applications and APIs, enhancement of reporting fields and dashboards, and the introduction of monitoring and evaluation tools for program oversight are also required.
Additionally, the selected vendor will be responsible for cloud platform governance, ongoing platform maintenance, performance monitoring, and the resolution of data inconsistencies to ensure reliable program management.
