DESCRIPTION

The city is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive Salesforce solution to support and enhance its nonprofit monitoring and capacity building program. This includes the configuration, customization, and platform management of Salesforce software tailored to citywide requirements.

The project scope encompasses the implementation of a Salesforce-based system designed to manage documentation workflows, monitoring schedules, reporting, communication, and data integrity.
