The selected vendor will assist owners and tenants of both residences and businesses within the redevelopment area, offering comprehensive information on available relocation benefits and eligibility requirements.
Responsibilities will include closely monitoring and reviewing project schedules outlined in redevelopment agreements to ensure timely relocation activities that align with overall project timelines. The vendor is expected to deliver weekly written progress reports to the agency, documenting all relocation efforts, and to attend redeveloper meetings as needed.
This contract is set for a one-year period. Questions from prospective vendors must be submitted by December 1, 2025.
