The selected vendor will provide comprehensive professional rebrand services, beginning with the development of a refreshed brand model, messaging framework, and creative brief to guide updated communications such as a redesigned website, social media messaging, and digital content. The scope includes crafting a brand launch plan and defining governance requirements to ensure consistency and effective implementation across all platforms.
The project requires a detailed analysis of the current brand perception and competitor positioning in up to ten priority markets, including a comparative review with at least six countries to assess relative competitive standing. Vendors will also be expected to outline macro trends in international education and review existing 'Education in Ireland' brand assets, recommending updates as needed.
Deliverables include the creation of a comprehensive brand model, messaging framework, positioning statements, and the development of cohesive marketing visuals and messaging adaptable for undergraduate, postgraduate, and study abroad materials. The contractor will also design visual templates and content for both digital and offline channels and devise an external brand launch plan, encompassing communication strategies for existing customers, public relations, social media, and phased transitions.
