DESCRIPTION
The government authority located in Chicago, Illinois is seeking a vendor to provide professional property management services. The selected contractor will implement a preventive maintenance strategy, ensuring the building’s critical assets are maintained in optimal condition through regular inspections and scheduled service and repairs according to usage or pre-established intervals.
Responsibilities include ensuring all fines and penalties related to the property are paid, with such payments not deducted from the property budget. The contractor must uphold high standards in customer service by incorporating accountability, timeliness, organizational controls, and professionalism into their operations, along with strong recruitment and retention of qualified personnel. Further duties include adhering to best practices in budgeting, expenditure control, personnel cost management, tenant collections, ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
