The selected firm will provide third-party property management services aimed at achieving high performance across the real estate portfolio, including daily management of properties to enhance customer service, operational efficiency, and overall resident satisfaction.

Duties will involve oversight and guidance of property management firms, marketing and leasing of available units, and implementation of preventative maintenance programs to ensure building assets remain in optimal condition. The provider will handle regular inspections, repairs, and must participate in required inspections. Furthermore, strong customer service skills are essential, with an emphasis on clear, consistent, and respectful communication with a diverse resident population.

The contract will span three years and is intended for firms capable of improving property value, operations, and resident experience.
