DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to deliver comprehensive project program management, technical advisory, and administrative services for a government authority in New York. The selected firm will direct and manage all aspects of project implementation, spanning from design to construction and final turnover, while ensuring the fulfillment of project budgets and schedules.

Key responsibilities include overseeing all design and construction work, providing recommendations on capital improvements, real estate transactions, construction challenges, and undertaking scheduling and budget analysis. The vendor will ensure adherence to various stakeholder agreements, such as net leases, master development agreements, and easement operating agreements, and aid in managing design oversight with the developer’s engineers, architects, and consultants. Duties also involve coordinating and tracking impacts from design or construction changes, and monitoring the implementation of LEED and sustainability requirements.
