The organization seeks a vendor to provide full-service podcast production, covering recording, editing, multi-platform delivery, branding, and technical publishing support.

Provide professional podcast production services for institutional storytelling, alumni engagement, and external outreach.
Ensure consistent, high-quality audio and video production, efficiency, scalability, and brand alignment.
Offer full-service podcast production including recording, post-production (audio/video editing), and distribution to multiple platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube).
Provide optional services such as on-site/remote recording support and ongoing production consultation.
Offer additional deliverables including branding assets, episode graphics, transcripts/captions, and technical guidance on publishing and analytics.
Adhere to production schedules, technical quality standards, and timely delivery of finished episodes.
Demonstrate responsiveness, reliability, consistency, audience growth, engagement metrics, and overall satisfaction.
Submit company qualifications including financial stability, company profile, CVs of personnel, and a minimum of 3 references (preferably higher education).
Submit a technical proposal detailing production approach, workflows, and quality control measures, along with a portfolio or samples of audio/video materials.
Submit a cost proposal with pricing structure, including tiered pricing and daily costs for production, post-production, and distribution.
Unconditionally accept all requirements in the RFP.
Ensure proposed prices are valid for 90 days following the bid opening.
Submit an Equal Opportunity Policy or a written statement if not required to have one.
Certify that the contractor does not employ or contract with illegal immigrants.
Certify that the contractor is not currently engaged in and agrees not to engage in a boycott of Israel (for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater).
Certify that the contractor is not currently engaged in and agrees not to engage in a boycott of an Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industry (for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater).
