DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive professional photography and videography services for events, programs, facilities, staff, and community initiatives. Services include professional still photography with delivery of high-resolution and web-optimized images, image editing, retouching, and formatting.

Videography services are required for on-site video capture of events, interviews, and city programs, including editing, color correction, sound mixing, and captioning, as well as short-form and long-form production. The scope also includes full-service video production with concept development, creative direction, scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, directing, coordination, and development of episodic or campaign-based content.

Additionally, drone photography and videography are needed for aerial footage capture used in marketing, planning, and promotional purposes, including editing and delivery of aerial media. Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 20, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 13, 2026.
