DESCRIPTION
The project seeks a qualified vendor to provide professional photography and videography services. The selected firm will be responsible for documentary photography to capture project activities, field interventions, and results, along with coverage of events such as trainings, workshops, consultations, and stakeholder engagements. All images must be of high quality, professionally edited, and accompanied by English-language captions detailing the date, location, and description of the activity. Delivery of high-resolution images suitable for print is required.
Videography services include filming structured interviews with stakeholders and beneficiaries, as well as recording contextual b-roll footage during field missions or events. Vendors must ensure proper audio and visual quality during all recordings and supply raw footage in specified formats. The scope of work also encompasses editing and post-production, such as selecting and sequencing footage, performing colour correction and audio balancing, and adding basic text overlays or subtitles as required. Final outputs will include short video clips ranging from approximately 30 seconds to 2 minutes in duration.
