DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a professional marketing and creative partner to support the Office of Tourism and Museum in Utah. The selected vendor will review existing state assets, consult with key stakeholders, and develop a comprehensive Creative Brief outlining key messaging and visual concepts.

The scope includes producing imagery and text for all printed materials, advising on the choice of materials appropriate for the structural environment, and providing design specifications for pavilion elements. The vendor will be responsible for developing a budget to align with available funding and will oversee on-site management and approval of installation, maintenance of design elements throughout the display period, and handling the removal or shipping of pavilion components as required.

All project-related questions must be submitted no later than March 13, 2026.
