A government authority in Fairhope, Alabama, is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive landscape architectural, engineering, and project administration services for the next phases of the Flying Creek Nature Preserve project. The scope includes professional landscape architectural and design services for two construction phases, guided by an already approved masterplan for the northern and southern tracts of the preserve.
Phase III features the development and design of active recreational elements, with a special emphasis on offroad bicycling facilities on an undeveloped 33-acre southern tract.
