A government authority in Pontiac, Michigan seeks a provider for professional information technology network support consultant services. The selected vendor will deliver comprehensive IT support, including system administration, network management, help desk services, hardware and software support, cybersecurity monitoring, and technology consultation. Close collaboration with staff is expected to ensure continuity, security, and efficiency of IT systems.

The vendor should work to enhance operational effectiveness, minimize downtime, and provide technical expertise to address current needs and future technological advancements. Services include managed IT support during standard business hours (Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, excluding holidays) and proactive oversight to prevent outages and minimize downtime. Emergency coverage outside standard hours will be billed separately.
